Fees guaranteed for programs
booked before December 31, 2008. Prices
do not include shipping and other expenses. All speaking engagements
require reimbursement of travel expenses (hotel, meals, air
and ground transportation, and related travel expenses).
Payment:
Fifty percent down with signed contract. Balance to be paid
to speaker two weeks before event. Expenses will be reimbursed
within the two weeks of the date expenses are incurred.
